The New York Times has a whole section devoted to local food.

Veg Box Recipes is "full of recipes that work with veg boxes, farm shops, farmers' markets and allotments."

I was looking for information about what to do with Bok Choy, and it had lots of helpful details.

It's based in the UK, so some of the phrases (like veg box) are unfamiliar.

Eat Well Guide

This was originally posted by Delores. I moved it here due to some website reorganization.

Greg replied as follows:

"Cool! I entered my zip code, and then clicked the restaurants link. I discovered that "Spruce Pond Creamery uses the best and purest organic and natural ingredients. Specializing in flatbrad pizza, support community-sustained agriculture and local produce. Eco-friendly dining. Organic, family and dog friendly!"

I've been there once, and the pizza was really good. I didn't realize they were organic and local. I'll be going back soon :)

Thanks for posting this!"
